  Partnering with Erowe Design and our East Coast affiliate Propulsion, we are in the process of re-branding and developing the new Capital Campaign for Palomar Pomerado Health Foundation. The 55 million dollar fundraising effort will be combined with the recently passed 496 million dollar bond to build the “Hospital System of the Future.” The campaign will include Brand DNA workshops, a Style Guide, a Poster Series, Web and Interactive pieces and print collateral for the each of the ‘Employee’, ‘Physician’ and ‘Capital’ Campaigns.

At the second level in the ADDY national competition, our awards were among the top scoring entries from the following local competitions: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Palm Springs, Las Vegas, Inland Empire, North LA County, Yuma/El Centro, Bakersfield and Coastal California (Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties).

The San Diego Ad Club (A.A.F.) announced the winners of this year’s local ADDY® Awards last Friday during the San Diego Creative Show. 9MYLES took home two highly coveted Gold ADDY’s, two Silver’s, a Bronze and the People’s Choice Award. The ADDYs® are the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting over 50,000 entries every year in local ADDY competitions. The mission of the ADDY competition is to recognize and reward creative excellence in the art of advertising.

San Diego’s top attraction, ‘Fashion Valley Mall’, enlists 9MYLES to create a direct mail campaign to promote the mall’s larger-than-life ad space, a towering two-and-half story billboard. Talk about point of sale! Every year, Fashion Valley draws more than the annual attendance of Sea World, the San Diego Chargers, the San Diego Zoo and the Wild Animal Park combined.

International real estate firm Hines hires 9MYLES to create naming, branding, corprorate identity and marketing materials for their ‘La Jolla Commons’ office tower. The 15-story, 345,000-square-foot high-rise is a joint venture development between managing partner Hines and TIAA-CREF. Renowned architectural firm DMJM designed the elegant pewter glass and silver metal office tower. San Diego landscape architect Spurlock Poirier designed the two-acre park in the impressive three-tower campus. Construction of the office tower, which is prominently located off La Jolla Village Drive in the UTC area of San Diego, commenced in November 2006 and will conclude in the Spring of 2008. La Jolla Commons has received Silver pre-certification in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Core and Shell (LEED-CS) program, which is sponsored by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
