San Diego’s top attraction, ‘Fashion Valley Mall’, enlists 9MYLES to create a direct mail campaign to promote the mall’s larger-than-life ad space, a towering two-and-half story billboard. Talk about point of sale! Every year, Fashion Valley draws more than the annual attendance of Sea World, the San Diego Chargers, the San Diego Zoo and the Wild Animal Park combined.

International real estate firm Hines hires 9MYLES to create naming, branding, corprorate identity and marketing materials for their ‘La Jolla Commons’ office tower. The 15-story, 345,000-square-foot high-rise is a joint venture development between managing partner Hines and TIAA-CREF. Renowned architectural firm DMJM designed the elegant pewter glass and silver metal office tower. San Diego landscape architect Spurlock Poirier designed the two-acre park in the impressive three-tower campus. Construction of the office tower, which is prominently located off La Jolla Village Drive in the UTC area of San Diego, commenced in November 2006 and will conclude in the Spring of 2008. La Jolla Commons has received Silver pre-certification in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Core and Shell (LEED-CS) program, which is sponsored by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
